The Swiss high-tech luxury sportswear brand X-Bionic and the successful Swiss ski racer Marco Odermatt are joining forces from the coming ski season. The young alpine ski star has signed on as a brand ambassador for the next three years, strengthening the X-Bionic athlete team, which already includes Olympic and world champion skier Wendy Holdener.
2020/21 was a sensational season for 23-year-old ski racer Marco Odermatt from the canton of Nidwalden. He finished second in the hunt for the big crystal globe and helped the SwissSki Team win the Nations Cup for the second time in a row. As the official supplier of the Swiss Alpine Ski Team, X-Bionic has already provided Marco Odermatt with functional sportswear over the last few years.
The award-winning Ski Decision layer has been part of the ski racer's equipment in each of his races. Marco is therefore very familiar with the high quality and functionality of X-Bionic and X-Socks products and swears by them: "X-Bionic stands for a long-standing partnership with Swiss SKI and for top quality. Together, the two parties are setting their sights on the next big goal, the 2022 Olympic Games. With the new signing of the ski star, the X-Bionic athlete team gains a brand ambassador who shares the same drive and goal with the brand: to conquer the ski world.
