This time, I'd like to keep it short and let the pictures do the talking...
At the moment, I can't quite find the words to express what happened in Davos at the beginning of February!
It was the perfect week for me on the Jakobshorn mountain. I was able to ski for Switzerland in the downhill and super-G events as well as the team event, alpine combined and giant slalom events. I performed at my peak in all races and won the gold medal for each race. A feat never before achieved by anyone else...
Despite lots of successes and wonderful ceremonies, the days spent in the canton of Graubünden were rigorous. The happiness surrounding our successes and the amazing sense of camaraderie among the entire Swiss team were my highlights. The week in Davos was simply incredible and unforgettable.
Now I'm enjoying a few days' rest at home, doing some fitness training and trying out new skis before getting back into race mode from 19 February 2018 with the European Cup races (Sarntal, Italy, and St. Moritz, Switzerland) and World Cup race (Kranjska Gora, Slovenia). I'm looking forward to the next events...
